白HDDを使用して、ハックキット2.0をインストールさせたのですが、起動せず再起動の繰り返しに落ちってしまいます。
一度 Flashbootに戻し、HDDをパーティションテーブルを完全に初期化後 再度やってみたのですが、同じでした。
インストールに使用するファイルの不具合でしょうか;;

sda2 が ext3 と認識されていますね。
ここが原因です。

「白HDD」とはまっさらの HDD のことでしょうか?
「パーティションテーブルを完全に初期化」って、
どのように”完全に”初期化されたのでしょうか?

このあたりが解決すればうまくいくと思います。

パーテーションは玄人志向にあった
dd if=/dev/zero of=/dev/sda bs=1M count=1

上のコマンド後も結果が一緒だったのでFDISKでパーテーションの削除
したのですが、かわらずでした。

fdisk でパーティションをクリアしたり
HDD の先頭をつぶしたりしだだけではダメですね。
各パーティションとも先頭をつぶさないと。
